Drawing up Architectural Designs
We draw up architectural plans for work situations that require it, as well as full support in cases in which the owner wishes to put the project out to tender.
Drawing up Specialty Designs
We draw up plans for specialty works, using both in-house resources and, in situations that involve a very high level of specialisation and technicality, subcontractors.
Budgeting Works
We draw up budgets according to the work to be done, which we submit for clients to examine and approve, as a prior condition to starting on the work.
Licences Works
We perform all the necessary formalities with the various licensing bodies in a timely fashion, ensuring that work runs to plan, in terms both of start-up and execution and completion of works.
Works Planning, Management and Coordination
We carry out both operational and financial planning of works, in accordance with existing plans and established deadlines, as well as management and coordinationof the resources involved throughout the whole of the works execution process.
Supervision Works
We have in-house inspection resources, with particular emphasis on civil construction and electromechanical specialisms, both at the level of quality control of materials, equipment and construction and assembly techniques, and in terms of control of deadlines and costs involved.
Completion Guarantee
We have all the material and human resources to carry out contract work in accordance with preestablished, approved quality levels, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and predefined budgets.
