\\ Services provision by PLM is oriented to the creation of value through the satisfaction of customer needs, proposing customized and optimized solutions geared to the achievement of established goals, with an integrated management system that has evolved over time, based on guiding principles, which currently includes the quality, environment, safety and health at work , and the provision of maintenance services.
\\ Integrated Policy of Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at Work
PLM – Facility Management, Lda. undertakes to establish, implement, and maintain a quality environment and occupational health and safety policy in accordance with a set of guiding principles out of respect for the relevant stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, state, local community, etc.).
\\ Guiding Principles

\\ To implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System in accordance with standards NP EN ISO 9001 (Quality), NP EN ISO 14001 (Environment) and NP EN ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), to provide maintenance services in accordance with standard NP 4492 and to issue service certification (fluorinated gases) in accordance with Decree Law 145/2017 of 30 November;
\\ Comply with applicable legislation, both in the ambit of the Environment and Safety, Hygiene and Occupational Health, as well as in the scope of the other services provided to Customers and other stakeholders;
\\ Maintain a proactive attitude towards external and internal Stakeholders to obtain their satisfaction, and to anticipate their needs and expectations;
\\ To provide healthy and safe working conditions that are adapted to the purpose, scope, and context of PLM’s activities and to the specific nature of the OHS risks and opportunities in order to prevent work-related accidents and illnesses;
\\ Conduct risk and opportunity analysis of external and internal processes and issues with impact on PLM activity;
\\ To undertake an assessment of the hazards in order to ensure their elimination and the reduction in OHS risks;
\\ Maintain a responsible attitude to the Customers through the PLM’s employees, who are often on its premises;
\\ Contribute to sustainable development by protecting the environment through the prevention or mitigation of environmental impacts;
\\ Periodically identify activities or services interacting with the environment and evaluate their impacts, without losing sight of pollution prevention and environmental sustainability;
\\ Seek to obtain from suppliers the fulfillment of the environmental and safety requirements and the applicable legal requirements, in carrying out its activities, maintaining an informative and partnership attitude with them;
\\ Maintain an attitude of accuracy and continuous improvement, thus contributing to the sustained growth of the company;
\\ To ensure employee consultation and participation in assessing compliance with OHS;
\\ Promote disclosure of the Integrated Management System so that it is understood by all PLM’s employees;
\\ Establish procedures related to the review of the Integrated Management System and the definition of objectives and targets.
